This position reports to the Program Management NBI leader at Military Displays and will be responsible for the achievement of customer and internal business case objectives working across all enterprise functions to formulate both strategic vision and tactical direction for the assigned proposal or program. The role will support military aerospace business segments with customers spanning domestic and international locations. The individual will operate in a team environment to shape cost targets, drive make/buy decisions, and participate in proposal estimating ensuring a competitive and winning posture is communicated to division leadership. The ability to understand and operate in a dynamic and highly competitive capture and pursuit arena is required. Candidates with strong planning, execution, monitoring, and control skills and techniques are desired. The position will also require candidates with direct program management P&L experience within the aerospace industry.
